Scale
Each distance unit is 2" (50 yards). This means that each squad leader board is represented by one 6x2 panel.

Remember that this is effective range. Troops may fire at double these distances at half effect. Fire at under 50 yards is doubled.
Leader Types
The leader value (0-3) is the deduction from dice rolls he gives (including his own Morale rolls). A '0' leader has a morale of 7. So a '3' leader has a morale of 10.
